Alrighty. This here is Albus Severus Potter. Brother to James Potter and Lily Potter. Second born son of Ginerva and Harry Potter. He's an emotional wreck, a borderline alcoholic, former Auror, goofy bastard, and a hardened shell of his former self. Some of his glory days pesonality still lurks in there somewhere, but it's piled underneath all of that saddness and hopelessness. He's still a friendly guy, just isn't as social as he perhaps should be or want to be. Basically he's a pretty good guy whose lost himself in the frigid outlook he has developed for the world. By the way, I'm Anthony, have played with some of you in the past, so whats up and yes, the king has returned. For those I haven't had the honor and privilege of playing with, I very much look forward in doing so.
Typical stuff is needed. So, hit him up with whatever you got. Enemies, friends, drinking buddies, whatever you'd like. We'll work something out.

Hey, holmes, it's James Bond with my last girl for a while, Rylee Hooper. Who I've so endearingly taken to calling Hooper de Duper. I don't know why.
Rylee's history is a little sporadic in her information, but it's basic gist is that her mother committed suicide when Rylee was about 15. She had been a pretty damn good student and Quidditch player, competitive sister and friendly companion until the incident. After that, she took to herself and laid low. A few months later she met Chase Creevy, and they've been together ever since -- soon to be married, actually.
She's an aspiring pianist not to mention a pen and ink artist. Both talents started during her mother's downward spiral as a means to cheer her up. She's co-guardian to her little brother, Ansley. And she's currently very happy, independent save for time spent with Chase, and everything else that comes with Amandine over at Birch Creek.

Anyway, Owen Carmichael is my newest gent. He's 25, a former Gryffindor, and has been living in America since he graduated Hogwarts. He's pretty laid back and friendly, and music is his life.
Soo... he's probably on fairly good terms with anyone his year in Gryffindor and the other houses, even, and probably dated a few girls throughout school. He has been on the other side of the world for the past seven years or so, only visiting every now and then, but he probably kept up with owls and all that.

Hey guys, it's Jess (Evan, Lily, Corbin, Carlin, Alison, and Cass) and I'm not dead. Just a lot of work, and I'm trying to stay on top of it. I promise I'll get to my responses ASAP. Also, my boyfriend is coming in town this weekend, so I'll be practically nonexistent from Thursday afternoon to Monday morning.

Hey! I'm Stevie, the other Mod, and I'm pretty amused that we decided to reopen RA. It had been debated upon for months, let me tell you, so feel pretty special that we brought it back. It's a time sapper, though. I haven't modded since...March? February? I forgot what a pain in the ass it is.
So! I'm also at Birch Creek, most of you are, anddddddd I love it there. Probably more than here, won't lie. I'm also freezing and it's 4:15AM Alaska Time. Surprise!
As a general WARNING, I tend to fall asleep on people midconversation. And sometimes I'll wake up and type at them with complete nonsense. And then I'm embarrassed in the morning! So, just letting you know to watch out. Just in case.
-sigh- I have eight characters to introduce to you right now. The slowness of my computer is generally overwhelming--just thought I'd share.

I'm Kristaaay and I'm one of the two mods here! So welcome (back) everyone! If you've talked to me about this game, you all know already how excited I am to have it back open.
I have 5 characters here:
- James Potter ![[info]](https://www.insanejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) jaaamesy is a ridiculous human being. He loves sex and alcohol. He's been traveling for awhile now and his previous pair was a former Slytherin who he drove crazy (potential plotline for the interested!). He's paired with Emily Creevey, who is as close to a 'school sweetheart' as he could've gotten. PB: Timothy Olyphant
- Isaac Flint isaacflint is an ass, but a playful one. He's that guy most people found totally infuriating but also incredibly amusing. He's CRAZY overprotective of his little sister, Avalon, and his pair is Callidora Nott. Hooray fireworks! And he is new, so he could do with a former pair as well! PB: Ryan Reynolds
- Paulie Harper paulieharper is a total dork. He's absolutely obsessed with Izzy Boot and has been her best friend for pretty much ever. He loves dragons (actually, he has a baby dragon of his own named Max that he fully intends on marrying to Izzy's dragon, Song). His present pair is Izzy, and his former pair was Lily Potter, but that's subject to change if someone else would rather fill that role! PB: Hugh Dancy
- Delaney Finnigan-Weasley delaskywalker used to be very shy and introverted, but then she was paired with, married, and fell desperately in love with Hugo Weasley. Now, she's a total nerd. She and Hugo (I'd like to point out that their journal names are darthhugo and delaskywalker) adore Star Wars, love Muggle things, and have a family of something like a dozen amphibians and an owl named Smeagol. - Cyrene Nott I'm pronouncing her name 'sai-REHN', like 'siren' with the emphasis on the 'ren' ;) cyrene has run from everything difficult in her life for 99.9% of it. She stood out in her family, being a Ravenclaw obsessed with Muggles who loved a Potter. When she and her Potter (Albus, to be exact) decided they were going to get married after graduation, her parents stepped in. Instead of arguing with them, she picked a fight with Al before taking off and practically disappearing. She ended up in Uganda, working with the Muggles there to build schools and help fight the AIDS crisis. She adopted an orphan named Nadiya while there and taught in one of the schools, all but abandoning the magical world until the virus broke out. It killed most of her village, including Nadiya. She stayed as long as she could to help rebuild, but was finally sent home by the leader of the village because she was clearly so exhausted. So she wandered her way back to London, slept for 48 hours straight, and woke up to her letter from the Ministry informing her that she'd been paired with none other than Albus Potter. Hi hi. I'm Chrissy and this is my first HP game, so be gentle? This is my girl Laeriel (Lah-RAH-ee-el or LAH-ree-el for those that are curious). She's an Asher, but her mother's maiden name is Sloper, so that opens up some family connections.
Lee is originally from NZ and works as a healer at St. Mungo's. She's just got here, like literally and is staying in her grandmother's old flat. The town she was from in NZ was all about intergration of the wizarding world with what few muggles were left, so she's very familiar with the muggle world, much more so than she is of the wizarding world in England, that's for sure. She is super, super friendly, loves to laugh, adoooores hanging out with people at pubs almost as much as she loves her job. Tiny or not, she drinks like a fish. Healing runs in the family so she's thrilled that she'll be able to carry that on...even if it is in England.
edit: Lee is paired with Parker Boot, so she might know some folks that way too. <3

Hi all. I'm Catherine (Cate, whatevs). I was on RA the very first time... not the second (for various reasons I can't remember.). I missed playin' Scorp so I decided to come back. Woot!
My boys, Scorpius and Sage, are probably two of my favorite characters I ever made. I played them both in the first RA (which is kind of why Sage isn't actually directly related to an HP character, although let's say his father had a cousin who was a former death eater or something).
Scorpius Malfoy is a typical Malfoy in that he's kind of a jerk sometimes. But he's also very much not a typical Malfoy because he loves Muggle culture and isn't interested in the Dark Arts. His mission in life is to annoy his father, whom he calls Draco. And Lucius is probably the only person Scorpius is scared of. That snake cane hurts. Scorpius is a consummate slacker. And he tends to drink too much. PB'd by Shawn Reaves. :-)
Sage Frost sage_frost is a magical theoritician who is a freelance consultant for the Ministry, although he has a wealth of knowledge about muggle sciences too. He's reserved, and had a crappy childhood. Women mystify him as a whole, and he's a bit clueless as to his effect on said women. He's a sweetheart though, and tends to talk technical way too much. PB'd by the gorgeous Cillian Murphy.
ETA: I forgot to mention that I'm willing to lower Sage's age a few years if it makes pairing easier. I think last year I had made him 31 to coincide with Cillian Murphy's age originally. Doesn't matter to me either way!
